This portal is a communication tool between Somerset HOA residents, La Gala Construction (the general contractor performing the parking lot concrete restoration), and GRS Community Management (property manager). It is provided free of charge as a convenience for the duration of the project.
By submitting a service request or any other form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to your knowledge and that you are the person named or authorized to submit on that person's behalf.
La Gala Construction will make reasonable efforts to respond to service requests within one (1) business day. Response is not guaranteed for after-hours emergencies — for a construction emergency during work hours, call (561) 475-8615.
Information shown on this portal (schedule, phase assignments, scope descriptions) is provided for informational purposes. The signed contract between La Gala Construction and Somerset HOA governs the project. In case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.
Owner names, parcel numbers, and mailing addresses displayed in this portal are sourced from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser (pbcpao.gov), which is public record under Florida Statute Chapter 119. La Gala Construction is not the source of that data and does not vouch for its accuracy — corrections should be filed with the Property Appraiser directly.
