Privacy Policy — Somerset HOA Portal

Effective date: The date this portal is first made available to Somerset HOA residents. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as the project progresses.

1. Who runs this portal

This portal is operated by La Gala Construction (Tilt Patchers, Inc. dba La Gala Construction), the general contractor performing the parking lot concrete restoration at Somerset HOA. La Gala Construction, together with GRS Community Management as property manager, are the joint recipients of information you submit through this portal.

2. What we collect

Information you actively submit through the Service Request form: your unit number, name, email, phone number (optional), request category, and the message body you write. We also automatically receive standard web-server data (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) needed to prevent abuse and deliver your submission.

The portal displays publicly available Palm Beach County Property Appraiser data (parcel numbers, owner name of record, mailing address). This data is public record under Florida Statute Chapter 119 and is not collected from you — it is looked up by our team from the county appraiser's public database.

3. How we use it

To respond to your service request (email or phone follow-up)
To coordinate construction access, parking accommodations, or scheduling around your unit
To share the request with GRS Community Management, who is your property manager and is coordinating this project with La Gala Construction
To keep an internal record of resident communications for the duration of the project

4. Who we share it with

Only two parties: (a) La Gala Construction staff working on the Somerset project, and (b) GRS Community Management. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with unaffiliated marketers, data brokers, or public listing sites. Any subcontractor of La Gala Construction who receives your information (e.g., a scheduling coordinator) is bound by the same terms.

5. How long we keep it

Service requests are kept for the duration of the Somerset parking lot restoration project plus the 5-year warranty period, then archived. You can request deletion of your submission by emailing danny@lagalacon.com.

6. Cookies

This portal does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Standard operational cookies may be used by our hosting provider to protect against abuse (rate limiting, bot detection).

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by contacting danny@lagalacon.com. We will respond within 30 days.
